About this deal

This is timeless and pretty and performs decently well, I think many people from a vide variety of scent profiles can like / respect this perfume. It's neither too young/immature nor too adult; It's a perfume that I know I can come back to time after time.

I don't get much vanilla, but there is a slightly rancid muskiness to the base that somehow works, adding a sensual quality. TIME OF DAY: Day - Again, the clean and light aspect of this fragrance makes it more appropriate for daytime activities. I blind-bought this, because I thought, that since I love white florals, I can't go wrong with this one. I would love to revisit this with a fresh bottle in the future, but I don't think I'll ever be able to un-smell the jasmine loaded hairspray. It was the first song I was ever obsessed with and i remember begging my mom to get me the cd single for Christmas (she did lol).To be an elegant, pretty, floral rather than a sickly, cloying sugar-bomb is an OUTSTANDING decision!

When it comes to perfume on my skin, a lot don’t really last that well on it, but I DEFINITELY do think that curious lasts so good. I've had this perfume since I was a teenager in the mid 2000's, it was one of my very first perfumes, if memory serves. I mean it still *kind of* smells like the original but I feel like it’s really a former shell of what it used to be. Those early years there was no stopping Britney she was on top of the world selling records and performing everywhere, before the dark side of the industry and bad people began to surround her. It was probably one of the first real perfumes I tried (assuming the glittery barbie perfume sets don’t count) and it just wasn’t me.The canned pear, white florals and clean laundry musk composition is done to absolute death now in 2023, so much so that when I asked what this was and my sis said it was Curious, I was surprised that it wasn't something current.

Please, if anyone from the perfume companies are reading our reviews, stop watering down and changing iconic and/or hugely popular perfumes. I don’t find this at all childish or cheap smelling once it has dried down (you need to give it a minute! It really is very unique and I've never smelled any perfume like it, which draws me to it as I don't want to smell like every other woman or jump on bandwagons by wearing (often inexplicably! I'm sure that several women out there were teenagers when they bought this and still wear it today in their 20s, 30s and 40s.This is a fragrance for the indiependent woman who celebrates the sensual sexuality and love compliments. Britney Spears Curious Eau de Parfum sparkles with lively and bright notes full of mischievous romance. I find the scent itself to be really young but old-fashioned (it's like the early 2000s/y2k aesthetic in a bottle).
