About this deal

The biggest change between this new Sony model and its predecessor is the remote, which is a shrunken-down version of the DN1080's. It offers most of the same functionality but with less wasted space. The Denon AVR-X2700H receiver allows for FM radio reception and supports up to 7.1 audio channels, providing users with immersive sound experiences. With a power output ranging from 95 W to 150 W per channel, it delivers robust audio performance. If we had to use one word to describe the sound of this receiver, it would be ‘confident’. The AVR-X2700H doesn’t try too hard to impress, as a nervously underpowered budget amp might, with huge blasts from the front pair or the subwoofer during the space dogfight in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.2. By visually guiding you through each step in the setup process, the award-winning Denon Setup Assistant ensures you get setup right the first time. Every home theatre is different — that’s why Denon uses premium room calibration technology from Audyssey that automatically measures and optimizes your AV receiver to provide a truly immersive 3D audio experience custom-tailored to your unique listening environment. Features

A phono input is included to directly connect your turntable, allowing you to enjoy your vinyl collection with high quality sound. Dual subwoofer outputs provide smooth, room-filling bass with no peaks or dips to immerse you with powerful, full bass. With Audyssey Room Correction, use the supplied microphone to perfectly calibrate the AV receiver to your room for optimum sound. Below you will find the further technical data of the new Denon AVR-X2700H. The receiver will be available from September 2020 for 649 dollars. The DAB version is somewhat more expensive and comes on the market at the same time for 679 dollars. Specifications Denon AVR-X2700H

The denon avr-x2700h is a versatile and powerful receiver designed for use in home theater systems. With seven audio output channels, it is capable of delivering 95W of power per channel at 20-20KHz with an 8 Ohm impedance, making it suitable for use with a range of speaker types. The receiver also offers 125W of power output per channel at 1KHz with an 8 Ohm impedance, and 150W of power output per channel at 1KHz with a 6 Ohm impedance, providing a wide range of options for customization. Unlike its step-up 'AVC' siblings, the X2700H wears that AVR prefix with pride. It's a receiver in the traditional sense, complete with steampunk FM/AM. To be honest, I can't imagine this old-school tuner will get any use, not least because there are far more exciting things you can do with this Denon. The two woofers in the 7.2 configuration ring out when you need them to, and never spoil the crystal clarity of the music or the surround effects.

Specifications

Built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi with 2.4GHz/5GHz dual band support: Solid wireless network connectivity even in congested environments. Denon’s engineers have worked their magic once again and we’d encourage new buyers to opt for the AVR-X2700H over older models for its extra ease and expression.” ’What Hi-Fi?’ – 5 Star review. Even when listening to music, we experienced a clear, waving sound with deep, powerful basses. Judgment Full 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz support: With the latest HDMI support, enjoy 8K quality video from your 8K source devices. One 8K input and two outputs allow for 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz pass-through. 8K upscaling is available on all 6 HDMI inputs. In the climactic moment in which the sandworm first bursts out of the sand, the powerful synth elements of the score, piercing brass and booming effects have more separation than with the 2700, where they almost sit on top of each other. This moment can be underwhelming and almost choked on some sound systems, but the 2800 gives a bit of space to each facet for a more coherent, dramatic presentation. It also feels like there’s a touch more dynamic headroom revealing additional detail and helping to create impact through more than just sheer bass.
